This policy sets out data protection rules of JIW INWEX S. z o.o. as established by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”).
Please be advised that the Administrator of your data is JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kielce at al. Solidarności 34, represented by the President of the Management Board – Stanisław Szczepaniak and the Vice-President of the Management Board – Remigiusz Szczepaniak.
As a data controller, JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o. processes personal data of its customers and clients with due diligence and a high level of security, as required by data protection legislation.
The data controller ensures that due and required care is taken to guarantee that the information and personal data provided to JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o. are adequately protected.
Personal data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
The data shall also be processed to carry out the legally justified purposes of the Data Controller arising from contracts concluded with contractors and customers.
The data subjects provide the data voluntarily, however, using the offer of the Data Controller in many cases is impossible without providing the data necessary for specific purposes (including the use of the Administrator’s services, becoming an employee, cooperator).
In connection with its business, JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o. may disclose personal data of users to the following entities:
Data subjects have the right to access their data and have the right to their rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (if the processing is based on consent), which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Data subjects have the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, erase, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object.
Data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
The aforementioned personal data will be processed within the European Economic Area.
Personal data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
