BRIGHTENER RDES-88/AW

High-temperature gloss carrier for chloride zinc baths. Recommended for use in baths where bath mixing is achieved by cathodic rail or drum movement. Designed for use in stationary and rotating equipment and automatic lines. Thanks to an excellent composition of components, it enables bath operation at temperatures up to 45oC. Guarantees high-quality coatings in the range of current density 0.5-5.0 A/dm2. Does not have complexing properties.

Gloss carrier for chloride zinc baths. Recommended for use in baths where bath mixing is achieved by cathodic rail or drum movement. Suitable for use in stationary, rotary and automatic lines. Guarantees high-quality coatings in the current density range 0.5 – 5.0 A/dm2. Does not have complexing properties.

BRIGHTENER RDES-88/BA

High-performance brightening additive for chloride zinc baths. Designed for use in stationary, rotary and automatic equipment. Enables obtaining high, mirror-like gloss of galvanic coatings without loss of depth. Works perfectly with gloss carriers: RDES-88/AP, RDES-88/AW, RDES-88/A, RDES-88/MN and gloss carriers with similar properties from other companies. Allows to obtain the highest quality zinc coatings in the range of current density 0.5-10 A/dm2.

BRIGHTENER RDES-88MN

Upgraded gloss carrier for chloride zinc baths. Recommended for use in stationary equipment with cathodic rail mixing. Guarantees high-quality coatings in the current density range 0.5-5.0A/dm2. Does not have complexing properties.

BRIGHTENER RDES-88/AB-14

Glossing additive for chloride zinc baths. Designed for use in stationary, rotary and automatic equipment. Compatible with gloss carriers: RDES-88/A, RDES-88/AP, RDES-88/AW, RDES-88/MN and gloss carriers with similar properties from other companies. Allows to obtain high-quality zinc coatings in the range of current density 0.5-5.0 A/dm2 without the risk of losing depth.

LEVELLER Zn-SB

A plunge-enhancing preparation for use in chloride zinc baths. It is recommended for both stationary and rotary equipment or automats. Thanks to appropriately selected ingredients, it can shift deposition potential of heavy metals. It allows obtaining plastic and shiny zinc coatings from baths with increased iron content. Improves the depth and gloss of galvanic coatings, especially at low current densities.

Note: Use alternately with gloss carrier as a corrective additive in baths containing excessive iron ions.

LEVELLER TEPA

Preparation for levelling non-ferrous metals in chloride zinc baths. Designed for stationary, rotary and automatic equipment. It can complex and shift the deposition potential of non-ferrous metals, especially copper, on galvanized details. Shifts the gloss towards higher current densities.

Note: Use as a corrective additive in baths containing excessive non-ferrous metal ions.
