Here we present the personal data protection rules applicable in JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o., based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”).

We state that the Administrator of your personal data is JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kielce at al. Solidarności 34, represented by the President of the Management Board – Stanisław Szczepaniak and Vice President of the Management Board – Remigiusz Szczepaniak.

JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o. as the Data Administrator, processes contractors’ and clients’ personal data exercising due diligence and applying the high level of safety imposed by the provisions of law on the protection of personal data.

The Data Administrator ensures that they act with due and required care in order to guarantee the adequate protection of information and personal data transferred thereto.

Personal data are processed under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, i.e. on the basis of the necessity to process them for purposes resulting from legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.

Data are also processed in order to perform legitimate purposes of the Data Administrator resulting from agreements made with contractors and clients.

Data subjects submit their data voluntarily, however in many cases it is impossible to use the Administrator’s offer without submitting data necessary to perform specific purposes (including the use of the Administrator’s services, becoming their employee or co-worker).

In connection with its operations, JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o. may share your personal data with the following entities:

  • persons carrying out business operations, including persons cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. an accountancy office, translators and lawyers in the scope of services provided to JIW INWEX Sp. z o.o.,
  • government bodies or other entities entitled on the basis of the provisions of law,
  • banks in the case of the necessity to conduct settlements.

Data subjects have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of and transfer their data, as well as the right to object and withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing (in the case of processing based on the consent) which has been performed under their consent before its withdrawal.

Data subjects are entitled to file a complaint to the President of the Data Protection Authority if they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

The above mentioned personal data will be processed in the European Economic Area.

Personal data will not be processed automatically and they will not be subject to profiling.
