DS-50
A water-dilutable product intended for the improvement of the lubricating and anti-wear parameters of hydro solutions, emulsifying solutions, microemulsion solutions and cooling-lubricating fluids. Used in concentrations of 0.5-5% significantly increases fabricating fluid life, extinguishes foam, decreases tool wear and simplifies further detail degreasing process. It has good washing and dispersal properties. It can be used as an additive for hardening of steel elements in hydro solutions.
 
BIOSED-FM
A water-dilutable, microbiologic corrosion inhibitor for metals in hydro, emulsifying, microemulsion and synthetic solutions for cooling-lubricating and hydraulic fluids. Used periodically in a 0.01% concentration prevents the development of microorganisms. Used in a 0.1% concentration eliminates microorganisms and adjusts the pH of a solution. To be used periodically, alternately with BIOSED-P2.

BIOSED-P2
A water-dilutable, fungicide and algaecide in hydro, emulsifying, microemulsion and synthetic solutions for cooling-lubricating and hydraulic fluids. Used in a 0.1% concentration removes fungi and algae present in a solution. To be used periodically, alternately with BIOSED-FM.

INTROSED 26
A water-dilutable product with washing-disinfecting properties intended for washing and disinfecting of the inlet of machine tools and hydraulic systems, before the hydraulic or fabricating fluid is introduced. It is used as a 2% hydro solution. It contains surface-active compounds, a bactericide package, fungicide and algaecide packages.

GAŚPIAN
A synthetic product for foam extinguishing in hydro solutions and micro emulsions. It prevents the formation of foam at high pressure during application of cooling- lubricating fluid, it prevents blockage of pipes and benefits pump operation. Used in concentrations of 0.01-0.05%.

pH CORRECTOR
This corrects the pH of synthetic and emulsifying fabrication fluids. Allows the required pH level to be achieved for coolants and prevents growth of alkalinity, and therefore also growth of microorganisms.
